My washing machine stopped working today around noon (with my 1 year old's poopy clothes inside). I called A & D and within minutes on the phone they said it was probably a lid switch and they would be able to come by this afternoon. By 2pm my washing machine was running again (and it was just a lid switch) and it didn't cost me a fortune! I would definitely call them again!
